阿洛群岛的潜水适合各级潜水员。这里的洋流通常较温和，非常适合轻松探索珊瑚礁，但沿海墙的漂流潜水也能为高级潜水员带来刺激体验。夜潜同样出色，可观赏罕见小型生物、海蛞蝓、侏儒海马以及华丽的墨鱼。
阿洛群岛属于热带气候，有两个主要季节：旱季(5月至10月)，海面平静，能见度清澈，最高可达40米，是潜水的最佳时机。雨季(11月至次年4月)，偶有降雨和风浪，能见度可能略低，但浮游生物丰富，吸引魔鬼鱼、老鹰鳐及礁鲨等远洋鱼类。全年水温通常在26–29°C之间。

潘塔尔海峡 | Pantar Strait
该海峡位于阿洛群岛与潘塔尔岛之间，以漂流潜水著称，潜水员可遇见魔鬼鱼、老鹰鳐和礁鲨。能见度极佳，通常在25–40米之间。适合中级和高级潜水员寻找远洋鱼类的精彩体验。
坦江·马卡特 & 巴图普蒂 | Tanjung Makatte & Batu Putih
这些潜点拥有丰富的珊瑚花园和壮丽海墙，生物丰富，包括华丽墨鱼、带状鳗及罕见小生物。夜潜体验尤为出色。适合所有级别潜水员。
科帕岛 | Pulau Kepa
这座偏远岛屿拥有原始珊瑚礁、健康的海墙和丰富的海洋生物。潜水员可能会遇到大群鲹鱼、鲹科鱼及偶尔的皱头鹦嘴鱼。洋流通常温和，适合所有潜水员。
Marine life
Alor is one of the last untouched marine frontiers in Indonesia. Currents channel pelagic life through narrow passages between islands. Highlights include:
- Giant manta rays (year-round)
- Bumphead parrotfish schools (large aggregations at dawn)
- Whitetip and blacktip reef sharks
- Trevally and jacks
- Pygmy seahorses and rare macro species (muck diving)
- Thick muck critters: frogfish, rhinopias, blue-ringed octopus
